Anne Labelle, BSc., LLB, ICD.D
President, CEO, and Director

Anne Labelle is a geologist and a lawyer who has been focused on mineral exploration and development for the past 25 years. Ms. Labelle is the founder, President & CEO of Sterling Green Law Corporation. Most recently, Ms. Labelle was the VP of Legal & Sustainability of Midas Gold Corp., responsible for managing all aspects of the legal, sustainability and regulatory affairs of Midas Gold Corp., including oversight of legal affairs, and management and direction of the environmental, permitting, regulatory and public affairs aspects of the Stibnite Gold Project in Idaho, USA. Previously, Ms. Labelle served as Manager of Sustainability and Legal Affairs for Capstone Mining Corporation. Ms. Labelle practiced securities law at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP before returning to the mining industry in 2008.

Ms. Labelle has an B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology (Carleton University), an LLB (University of British Columbia), is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Ms. Labelle also serves on the boards of Klondike Gold Corp. and HighGold Mining Inc.

Christina Blacker, CA
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Blacker is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) and has more than 13 years of experience working with public companies, predominantly in the mining industry, including current roles as controller for two other TSX Venture listed issuers. Ms. Blacker obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and obtained a diploma in accounting from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

Simon Griffiths, M.Sc.
Senior Technical Advisor

Mr. Griffiths is a consulting economic geologist with 28 years of mineral exploration experience in major mining companies in varied commodities (Au, Cu, Ag, Pb-Zn, U, Ni, diamonds, coal and coal bed methane). Simon has worked in countries in North America, South America, Australia, Asia and Africa. Mr. Griffiths spent over 10 years providing global technical leadership as Chief Geochemist and team leadership as Chief Geologist at Barrick. These roles included significant contributions to mid and long-term exploration strategy planning at Barrick, requiring regular interaction with other global leaders and corporate functional heads.
