Nevada Exploration Inc. Shareholders Approve Change Of Board Of Directors

Nevada Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: NGE) (“NGE”) is pleased to announce that it held its Annual General Meeting of shareholders on February 27, 2009 and that shareholders overwhelmingly approved management’s recommendations.
Wade A. Hodges, Kenneth N. Tullar and Jack Tindale remain on the Board of Directors of NGE. Shawn C. Noe joins the Board with a fifth director to be added at the discretion of management. Daniel Pharand and Jean-Francois Pelland both leave the Board. NGE thanks both Mr. Pharand and Mr. Pelland for their guidance during its initial financing phase and wishes them both well in their future endeavors.
Shawn C. Noe, M.Sc. is the owner of a wealth management company based in Lake Tahoe, NV and has more than 8 years of experience in the finance industry. Mr. Noe will be joining the Audit Committee of the Board.
The audited financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2008 were accepted, Demers Beaulne LLP was elected to continue as auditor and the Company Stock Option Plan was approved.
