With the support of our initial investors, we completed our going public transaction on March 5, 2007.  We now trade on the TSX-Venture Exchange under the symbol NGE.

Admittedly, until now, it has been a difficult to obtain information on how our exploration program is progressing, but things are changing.  Our goal with the website is to provide a central resource for you to find out what we are doing and how our approach to gold exploration is unique in the industry.

At the top of this page, you are presented with a picture of a windmill standing in the Nevada desert – you may be asking: “What does a windmill have to do with finding gold?”  Where others might see an example of renewable energy being put to use, we see an indication of near-surface water that could provide clues to the location of a large, yet-to-be discovered, gold deposit concealed beneath the desert gravels.  By investing considerable time and money to examine groundwater chemistry, a medium the rest of the industry has ignored, we have shown that oxidizing gold deposits affect the chemistry of the surrounding groundwater and generate a kind of scent – a scent that can be picked up and followed back to its source.

Here at NGE, we look at things differently and we see the opportunity to discover new gold deposits through understanding and applying a new and innovative technology.  Our management team has a history of looking at the same things everyone else looks at, but seeing things differently, as evidenced by an impressive record of discoveries in Nevada.

We are now well into an aggressive program of land acquisition.  Unlike much of the competition’s properties, NGE’s properties cover previously unexplored targets that exhibit highly anomalous gold and trace elements in ground water at concentrations similar to those at known gold mines.  As we advance these properties and continue to add new properties, we will be forthcoming with results and reports on progress.
