Wade Hodges, M.Sc.
President, CEO, and Director

Mr. Hodges is a former director and the former Vice President for Exploration for Battle Mountain Gold Exploration Corp. (OTC-BB: BMGX). He has over 30 years experience in field exploration, including 13 years as Exploration Geologist and Sr. Exploration Manager of Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corporation (now Newmont Mining Corporation - NYSE: NEM). Mr. Hodges has had extensive involvement in the initial discovery and pre-mine development of nine gold mines in the western US, totaling over 30 million ounces of gold.

Ken Tullar, B.Sc.
Chief Operating Officer, V.P. Exploration, and Director

Mr. Tullar has over 25 years of exploration experience, including 20 years dedicated to gold exploration in Nevada. He has been involved in the discovery and development of five gold mines with resources totaling in excess of 7 million ounces of gold. His resume includes 8 years with major mining companies such as Nerco Minerals, Echo Bay Exploration and LAC Minerals.

Cyrus Driver, CA
Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Driver is a Vancouver based chartered accountant and was founding partner in the firm of Driver Anderson since its inception in 1981.  He is currently a partner with Davidson and Company LLP after merging with them in 2002.  While providing general public accounting services to a wide range of clients, Mr. Driver specializes in servicing TSX Venture Exchange listed companies and members of the brokerage community.  His wide knowledge of the securities industry and its rules enable him to give valuable advice to clients within the industry with respect to finance, taxation and other accounting related matters.  Mr. Driver currently serves as director and/or Chief Financial Officer of several TSX Venture Exchange companies.

Jennifer Boyle, LL.B.
Director

Ms. Boyle is a former Calgary securities lawyer and is now based in Toronto, where she is the Chief Executive Officer of CapEx Group Inc., a private consulting firm that works with early-stage junior resource companies to develop various growth strategies, including financings, and identifying and structuring mineral property joint ventures.  Ms. Boyle is also the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Takara Resources Inc. (TKK:TSX-V), and prior to that, she co-founded Golden Valley Mines Ltd. (GZZ-TSX-V), and was a co-founding director and former Executive Officer of Canadian Royalties Inc. (CZZ:TSX).

Jack L. Tindale, P.Eng.
Director

Mr. Tindale is an Exploration Geologist with over 45 years experience in Canada, the United States and Africa, and is skilled in the development of exploration projects through to feasibility studies. He has been involved in the formation, financing and management of a number of junior resource companies and is highly regarded in his field.
